Taylah Laverack and Riley Moore were privileged to attend the 2017 Secondary Schools Student Leadership Program at NSW Parliament House and Government House in Sydney on Thursday 5th April.
They joined Student School Leavers from around the state to learn about NSW Parliament, parliamentary proceedings and the role of the Governor.
Whilst at Parliament house they met with David Harris, MP, the Local Member for Wyong, and at Government house, met with His Excellency, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret'd), Governor of New South Wales, and Mrs Hurley.
A tour of Government House and Afternoon Tea on the lawns made the day very special.
Taylah and Riley were exceptional ambassadors for Wadalba Community School on this special day.
